SHIPPING POLICY

Sallie’s Greatest ships via Federal Express Ground and USPS Priority. We ship all orders Monday - Thursday.  Orders received outside of those days will be processed on the next available shipping day. 

Sallie’s Greatest cannot be held responsible for shipping delays.

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns unless there is an error in the shipping of the product or your purchase has been damaged during shipment.

Please inspect your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. If you need to make any claim with us, it must be made within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. Please retain your original shipping box, all packing materials and the damaged item. Contact us upon immediate receipt of your purchase. 

For an item received damaged or broken in transit: customer should retain all original packaging and contents. We will file a claim with the carrier and have them retrieve the shipment. We will work with you to make sure you receive replacement of your desired product in a timely fashion.
