Bacon, Fig + Rosemary Skillet Brie

Ingredients 
3 strips bacon, diced
1 apple, sliced
4 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. Brie cheese, scored
4 Tbsp. Sallie's Greatest Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary jam
Remove brie and score brie before starting to cook. Using a cast iron skillet, add diced bacon and cook over medium heat until brown, about 7-8 minutes. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels; set aside. Melt 2 Tbsp. of butter over medium heat and add sliced apples. Remove and set aside. Top brie with jam. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. of butter to pan; add brie. Allow the brie and jam to start warming up; top with bacon. Add the apples back to the pan and allow everything to melt together. Serve with crackers
