Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary Goat Cheese Jalapeño Poppers


Ingredients

  • 12 jalapenos, sliced in half and seeds removed
  • 1 (4 oz) log of goat cheese 
  • 4 oz. Sallie's Greatest Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary jam
  • 12 slices of bacon cut in half

Cut jalapenos in half and scoop out the seeds. Smear about a spoonful of goat cheese into the hollowed out jalapenos. Spread jam on top. Wrap with a slice of bacon. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or grill. Serve immediately.

* Note - You can air fry at 400 for 15 minutes
