Jam-Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 package peanut butter cookie dough
    (or use your favorite homemade peanut butter cookie dough)

  • Sallie’s Greatest Jam — choose from:
    Strawberry + Basil, Blueberry + Lavender, or Blackberry Spice + Sage

Instructions

  1. Prep the jam centers:
    Scoop small spoonfuls of your chosen jam onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    Place in the freezer until the jam firms up.

  2. Preheat the oven:
    Set to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Form the cookies:
    Wrap a portion of cookie dough around each frozen jam drop.
    Roll gently between your palms to seal the dough and form a smooth ball.

  4. Bake:
    Place dough balls on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the edges are golden.

  5. Cool and enjoy:
    Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
