South Carolina–Style Charcuterie Nachos


Put a Southern spin on the viral charcuterie nachos using two delicious SC-made products: Sallie’s Greatest jams and Lowcountry Kettle Chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Lowcountry Kettle Sea Salt Chips

  • Crumbled goat cheese

  • Diced prosciutto

  • 2 Tbsp. Sallie’s Greatest Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary jam

Instructions

  1. Open the bag:
    Carefully cut open the top of the chip bag to create a “nacho bowl.”

  2. Add toppings:
    Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and diced prosciutto over the chips.

  3. Warm the jam:
    Microwave 2 tablespoons of the Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary jam until melted and pourable.

  4. Drizzle and enjoy:
    Drizzle the warm jam over the toppings and dig in!
