Pineapple Strawberry + Basil Mojito


¼ cup Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil Simple Syrup 8 oz. rum
8 oz. pineapple juice
20 basil leaves
1 lime
Soda water
8 strawberries
8 Pineapple chunks

 

Add Strawberry + Basil Simple Syrup mint leaves to pitcher. Muddle to crush leaves. Add rum, pineapple juice and lime juice; stir. Divide into 4 tall glasses over crushed ice. Fill remainder of glass with soda water. Garnish with strawberries and pineapple.
