Enjoy this refreshing mocktail with a bit of a kick!
Ingredients
3/4 oz. Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil simple syrup
2 oz. lemon or lime sparkling water
3 slices chili pepper (or can substitute and other pepper of your choice)
1 1\2 oz. grapefruit juice
Salt the rim of a rocks glass with salt and crushed red pepper. Add simple syrup, pepper, sparkling water andgrapefruit juice to shaker filled with ice. Shake and serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with a pepper.

Sparkling water
Fill 8 oz. tall glass with ice, add 1 oz. of any flavor of Sallie's Greatest simple syrups, then top with sparkling water.
Add a twist of lemon or lime if desired

1 bottle Rose Wine
4 oz grapefruit juice
4 oz Cranberry juice
2.5 oz lemon juice
2.5 oz lime juice
4 oz Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil Simple Syrup
Mix all ingredients together, chill for 2 hours. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemons, limes, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and basil.
NOTE: Can add GIN which is delicious!

2 oz vodka
1 oz. Sallie's Greatest Strawberry + Basil simple syrup
2\3 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
2 strawberries
Rimming salt
Rim a low ball glass with salt using a grapefruit wedge. Muddle 1½ strawberries in shaker (save ½ for garnish). Add vodka, Strawberry + Basil simple syrup, and grapefruit juice with ice; shake until blended. Strain into low ball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and strawberry.
4 cups coconut water
3 tablespoons Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil OR Peach + Mint Simple Syrup
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Sliced lemons and strawberries
2 cups ice
Mint leaves for garnish
-Mix Coconut water, lemon juice, Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil OR Peach + Mint Simple Syrup together in a pitcher. Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses. Garnish with a sliced strawberry and basil leaf if desired or mint leaves.
