Peach + Basil Caprese Panini

2 pieces Turano Bread
2 Tbsp. Sallie's Greatest Peach + Basil jam
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
4 pieces Prosciutto
3 slices fresh Mozzarella 
3 slices Tomato
Fresh Basil Leaves
Peach slices
Butter or Olive Oil 

To assemble, lay two turano slices side by side. Put mayonnaise on one slice and jam on the other. On jam slice, layer prosciutto, mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh Basil leaves, and peach slices. Close by placing second turano slice over the peaches. Butter the outside of the bread.
Preheat your panino press or other countertop grill. Brush a layer of butter or olive oil on both sides of the turano bread. Gently place onto grill and close the lid (or press). Cook until bread is browned and grill marks show, about 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
