A Tom Collins is a classic cocktail made with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and carbonated water served in a Collins glass. What is a Collins glass? A Collins glass is just a little bit taller than a highball.
Sallie's Greatest herbal fruit simple syrups pair perfectly with this gin cocktail. Pictured below, we used our Blueberry + Lavender simple syrup as the botanicals in the gin and the Lavender in our syrup compliment each other nicely.
Note* Substitute vodka in this cocktail if you're not a gin fan. Also, any of our other flavors of syrup would be delicious in this recipe.
