Peach + Mint French 75 Cocktail
1 oz. gin (or vodka)
¾ oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. Peach + Mint Simple Syrup
4 oz. Brut Champagne
Shake all ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled flute and fill remaining glass with Champagne. Garnish with lemon peel curl and mint leaf. Can serve over ice.
BATCH RECIPE:
6 oz gin
4.5 oz fresh lemon juice
3-4 oz Sallies Greatest Peach + Mint Simple Syrup
1 bottle of bubbly
Mix all together in a pitcher and serve in flutes. Garnish with cranberries and mint for the Christmas holiday.
Blackberry Spice Sage French 75 Cocktail
1 oz. Cognac or gin
¾ oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. Blackberry Spice + Sage Simple Syrup
4 oz. Brut Champagne
Shake all ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled flute and fill remaining glass with Champagne. Garnish with lemon peel curl and blackberry. Can serve over ice.
