Cucumber + Mint Gimlet

1 oz. Sallie's Greatest Peach + Mint simple syrup

2 oz. vodka or gin 

1 oz. lime juice

6 cucumber slices

Mint leaves 


Muddle four cucumber slices and three mint leaves. Add simple syrup, vodka, and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice; shake. Put a cucumber slice in bottom of a low ball glass and then fill with ice. Strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint leaf.

 

GALLON VERSION:

1 cup Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint simple syrup

3/4 gallon lemonade

3 cups vodka or gin 

3 sliced cucumbers

Fresh mint

Mix simple syrup, lemonade, cucumbers, and gin/vodka together. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, cucumber slices, and lemon slices served in a glass pitcher or vessel. Pour over ice in a 4 or 8 oz. cup.

Sallie's Greatest White Sangria


1 bottle white Rioja Wine
¼ cup Calvados or apple liquor
¼ cup Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint Simple Syrup
1 lime sliced
1 lemon sliced
2 ripe peaches (cut in wedges)
3 ripe green apples (cut into wedges)
1 pint raspberries
Sparkling water

Combine Peach + Mint Simple Syrup, Calvados, lime, lemon, peaches, apples in a pitcher. Pour in the wine and chill for 2 hours. Serve by adding fruit to the glasses, add 3 raspberries to each glass and splash with sparkling water.

Sallie's Southside Cocktail

2 oz. gin

¾ oz. Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint Simple Syrup
1 oz. fresh lime juice (can use lemon)
1 sprig of mint
Mint leaves for garnish

Combine gin, lime juice, SG Peach + Mint Simple Syrup, sprig of mint in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Lemonade Coconut Water

4 cups coconut water

3 tablespoons Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil OR Peach + Mint Simple Syrup
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Sliced lemons and strawberries
2 cups ice
Mint leaves for garnish

Mix Coconut water, lemon juice, Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil OR Peach + Mint Simple Syrup together in a pitcher. Pour over crushed ice in tall glasses. Garnish with a sliced strawberry and basil leaf if desired or mint leaves.

Sallie's Greatest Mimosa


1/4 cup Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil, or Blueberry + Lavender or Peach + Mint Simple Syrup
1 quart lemonade chilled
1 bottle champagne chilled

Mix Sallie’s Greatest Simple Syrup flavor of choice and lemonade together. Fill champagne glass with 1/8 to ¼ cup of lemonade mixture. Fill glass with Champagne. Garnish with a sliced strawberry and basil leaf or blueberries and lemon curl or a peach slice and mint leaf depending on flavor.
