Just in time for St. Patrick's day. Enjoy this Peach + Mint Irish Mule!
1 1/2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
¾ oz Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint simple syrup
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. Ginger Beer
Mint leaves for garnish
-Add Bourbon, Lime Juice and syrup to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into highball glass filled with ice and top with the Ginger Beer. Garnish with a mint leaf
