Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
¾ oz Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint simple syrup
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. Ginger Beer
Mint leaves for garnish
-Add Bourbon, Lime Juice and syrup to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into highball glass filled with ice and top with the Ginger Beer. Garnish with a mint leaf

Peach Pepper + Ginger BBQ Pulled Pork Flatbread Ingredients 2 Naan Bread ¼ cup Peach Pepper Ginger BBQ sauce (recipe below) 8 oz grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup pulled pork ¼ cup bacon crumbled ¼ thin sliced red onion 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro Spread the Peach Pepper Ginger BBQ sauce on the Naan bread. Then top with mozzarella cheese, pulled pork, bacon and red onion. Reserve ¼ cup of cheese to top flatbreads. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 mins until cheese melts. 2 heaping Tablespoons Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil or Blueberry + Lavender Jam
2 heaping tablespoons Nut Butters
3 scoops vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
1 cup milk
Mix all together in blender. Blend until mixed well.
1 ½ oz. Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka
1 ½ oz. Orange juice
1 oz. sparkling water
1 heaping tsp. Sallie’s Greatest Peach + Mint Jam
Thin peach slice
Fresh mint leaf
Put all in a shaker with ice. Shake to blend then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a peach slice and fresh mint leaf.
1-2 pounds Trigger Fish (can use any mild white fish) 3-6 tablespoons Sallie's Greatest Peach + Mint Jam 3-6 tablespoons butter 2 heads of romaine lettuce Olive oil White Wine or Water Season fish with salt and pepper. Heat grill pan to medium heat. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan until hot but not smoking. Cut the romaine lettuce in half. Dress with seasoned oil and vinegar. Sear the cut side down for about 5 minutes.
