1 bag baby spinach
1/2 cup toasted pecans (or nuts of your choice)
1 cup fresh blueberries or sliced strawberries
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
3 heaping teaspoons Blueberry + Lavender Jam or Strawberry + Basil Jam
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 to 1/4 cup olive oil (to your taste/I like less oil)
Salt & pepper to taste
 




Put spinach, blueberries or strawberries, pecans, blue cheese together in a salad bowl. Mix Blueberry + lavender Jam if using blueberries and Strawberry + Basil jam if using strawberries, vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper together. Toss salad with dressing. Delicious!

My new favorite! I just started carrying this product in my store so I served the blueberry lavender salad for our Fathers Day Dinner with grilled shrimp. Oh my gosh, you should have heard the repeated compliments at the table tonight. Only thing missing was the darling blueberry eating nephew in your video.
