Blackberry Mezcal Smash

Blackberry Mezcal Smash 8-10 blackberries 1 oz. Sallie's Greatest Blackberry Spice + Sage simple syrup 1 oz. lime juice 1 oz. pomegranate juice 2 oz. mezcal -Rim glass with raw sugar and fill 3\4 with ice. Combine blackberries, syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker; muddle. Add ice and remaining ingredients to the shaker and shake until very cold. Strain into glass filled with ice and garnish with fresh sage.

Three Cheese Grilled Cheese with Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary jam

2 Tbsp. Sallie's Greatest Fig Sweet Onion + Rosemary jam 2 Tbsp. Goat cheese, softened 2-3 slices Harvarti cheese 2-3 slives Medium cheddar cheese 2 slices of white or wheat bread Mayonnaise -First, combine jam and goat cheese together in a bowl. This will be a spread for one side of your sandwich. Next, take the bread and add mayonnaise on one side and then the goat cheese mixture to the other side. Layer cheddar cheese and harvarti in the middle. Close. Butter the outside of the bread. Gently place onto grill and close the lid or press. Cook until bread is browned and cheese is gooey about 4-5 minutes.

Sallie's Greatest Mimosas

Sallie’s Greatest Mimosas (single): Ingredients: 1 oz Sallie’s Greatest Strawberry + Basil, or Blueberry + Lavender or Peach + Mint or Blackberry Spice + Sage Simple Syrup ½ oz lemon juice 4-5 oz champagne chilled Put Sallie’s Greatest Simple Syrup flavor of choice and lemon juice in the champagne flute.  Fill champagne Flute with Champagne.  Garnish with a sliced strawberry and basil leaf or blueberries. Fig, sweet onion and rosemary jam Sallie Dent Porth of Cameron, South Carolina, makes jams and simple syrups under the Sallie’s Greatest brand. She has won Garden & Gun Made in the South awards, and her jam has been one of Oprah’s Favorite Things. We just tried her fig, sweet onion and rosemary jam, and now we’re ready to declare it a favorite, too.
