1\2 oz. Sallie's Greatest Strawberry + Basil simple syrup
1 1\2 oz. Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
1\2 oz. St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur
1\2 oz. orange juice
Add simple syrup, vodka, St. Germaine, and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Fill tall Collins glass with ice; pour into glass and top with soda. Mix gently to combine. Garnish with a lime slice and strawberries.
1\2 cup Sallie's Greatest Blackberry Spice + Sage simple syrup
2 1\2 cups whole milk
2 1\2 cups half and half
3 tsp. vanilla extract
2-3 cups spiced rum or bourbon
Freshly grated nutmeg (garnish)
Mix together all ingredients until frothy and chill. Serve over ice and garnish with grated nutmeg.

2 cups apple cider
2 cups cranberry juice
1 cup vodka, whiskey, or spiced rum
Mix syrup, juices, and spirit of choice together. Pour over ice and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
2 oz Sallie’s Greatest simple syrup (your choice)
2-3 oz seltzer water
1 oz heavy cream
Whipped cream (garnish)
Layer in tall glass filled with crushed ice beginning with the simple syrup, seltzer water, and finish off with heavy cream. Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

2 Tablespoons Sallie’s Greatest Blueberry Lemon + Thyme Jam
1 oz. St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur
3-4 oz club soda
Fresh blueberries, thyme sprigs and lemon slice for garnish
Put Blueberry Lemon + Thyme jam, gin, and St. Germaine in a shaker filled with ice. Shake to dissolve jam. Strain into glass filled with ice, fill with club soda, and stir. Garnish with blueberries, fresh thyme sprig and lemon slice.
