Blackberry Spice + Sage Hot Apple Cider with Rum

½ gallon apple cider
1 cup Sallie’s Greatest Blackberry Spice + Sage Simple Syrup
1 cup dark rum
3 Cinnamon sticks 
12 Whole Cloves

Simmer the apple cider with the cinnamon sticks and cloves together until bubbles appear. Add the Blackberry Spice + Sage Simple Syrup, Rum and stir. Serve warm and garnish with a cinnamon stick and sprig of fresh sage. 

 

 

 

Blackbery Spice + Sage Martini

2 oz. gin

1 oz. Blackberry Spice + Sage syrup

Chill martini glass. Shake Blackberry Spice + Sage Syrup & gin in shaker w/ ice. Strain cocktail into glass. Garnish w/ lemon twist & fresh sage leaf.
