Thick Cut Pork Chop with Blackberry Spice + Sage Red Wine Sauce

4 bone in thick cut pork chops (12 oz. each and about 1 ¼ inch thick) Salt and pepper (or rub of your choice) 3 Tablespoons olive oil 1 medium onion sliced 1 cup white wine or chicken broth Blackberry Spice + Sage Red Wine Sauce: ½ cup minced sweet onion 1 tablespoon butter ½ cup dry red wine (I used a Merlo) ¼ cup Sallie’s Greatest Blackberry Spice + Sage Jam Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Strawberry + Basil/Blueberry + Lavender PBJ and Banana Panini

8 slices oatmeal bread  (or any good quality bread of your liking) 1/4 cup olive oil (you can use spray olive oil) 1 cup all natural peanut butter 3 bananas 1/4 jar Sallie's Greatest Strawberry + Basil Jam and 1/4 jar Blueberry + Lavender Jam Preheat the Panini pan. You can also use a flat grill pan on top of stove. Brush bread on both sides with olive oil and place bottom-half of bread slices on the Panini pan in a single layer. Jammin' Mojitos

Peach + Mint Mojito 1 oz. lemon or lime juice 1 oz. Sallie's Greatest Peach + Mint Jam 15 fresh mint leaves 1.5 oz. rum Club soda Muddle lemon/lime juice, jam and mint leaves. Scallop & Roasted Pepper Salad w/ Peach Pepper + Ginger Dressing

1 lb scallops (may substitute shrimp) 2 large green or red peppers (or buy roasted peppers and skip this preparation) 2 tomatoes cut into wedges 1 cucumber sliced 1 small sweet red onion chopped (can use white sweet onion or 2 green onions) ½ cup crumbled goat cheese Mixed salad greens or arugula ¼ cup olive oil ¼ cup apple cider vinegar ¼ cup Sallie’s Greatest Peach Pepper + Ginger jam Salt & Pepper to taste Preheat broiler. Key Lime Pie with Blueberry + Lavnder Jam

  5 egg yolks, beaten 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk ½ cup key lime juice 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust             Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with a tablespoon of Sallie’s Greatest Blueberry + Lavender Jam. Garnish with lime slice and or whipped topping if desired.
