The bramble cocktail brings together gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, creme de mure, and crushed ice.
In this "modern classic," Sallie's Greatest has used our Blackberry Spice + Sage simple syrup made with fresh blackberries and fresh herbs to elevate this well known cocktail.
Ingredients
2 oz. gin
1 oz Sallie’s Greatest Blackberry Spice + Sage Simple Syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
ice
Blackberries and sage leaf for garnish
Combine gin, Sallie's Greatest Blackberry Spice + Sage simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker. Fill a glass with crushed ice; add mixture. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon slice.

1 wheel of brie
3 Tbsp. Sallie's Greatest Strawberry + Basil jam
Fresh Strawberries, sliced
Balsamic Glaze
Slice the top rind off cheese leaving the side round in tack. Place brie in the center of a brie baker or small cast iron pan. Put jam in the center of the brie. Top with fresh strawberries. Bake at 400 degrees for ten to twelve minutes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
A Tom Collins is a classic cocktail made with gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and carbonated water served in a Collins glass. What is a Collins glass?
