1 oz. Sallie's Greatest Peach + Mint simple syrup 2 oz. vodka or gin 1 oz. lime juice 6 cucumber slices Mint leaves Muddle four cucumber slices and three mint leaves. Add simple syrup, vodka, and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice; shake. Put a cucumber slice in bottom of a low ball glass and then fill with ice. Strain cocktail into glass. 1 1\2 oz. vodka
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice
2 oz. Ginger ale
Add jam, vodka, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass; stir. Top with Ginger ale and garnish with a fresh fig and rosemary sprig.
